Stacey Beth Shulman, E-RYT500

Stacey Beth Shulman, ERYT-500 received her 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training from Yoganand Michael Carroll of Pranakriya Yoga. She is a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator through the Trauma Center at the Justice Resource Institute with David Emerson and a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She holds certifications in other yoga-based modalities, including Pink Ribbon Recuperative Yoga and Street Yoga. Stacey has been teaching yoga full-time for more than 9 years. Her mission is to bring gentle movement and attention to breath to people of all shapes and sizes.
